National Bike to Work Day (B2WD) returns this year on Friday, May 20th! B2WD is a great day to celebrate biking, which can help maintain our mental and physical health, plus connect more with others and our environment. Biking has also been shown to reduce stress and reduce air pollution.

Although “work” is in the name, getting out on a bike is the actual claim to fame. So, if you are riding to work, riding home from work, riding before work (i.e. working from home), just rode with the kids to school, just feel like going on a ride, or mostly into getting some free coffee, pump up those tires, check those brakes, and swing by one or more of the Fueling Stations to say hi and get some high-5s.

The map and list of the current 2022 Bike to Work Day Fueling Stations for Austin are below. All are open from 7am-9am except for the Austin City Hall Mega Station which is open from 8am-9:30am. There will be a celebratory event at the City Hall station which is hosting multiple groups, and includes tacos, coffee, and remarks from one or more city leaders.

Ghisallo will be hosting two staff led group rides making our way to City Hall while visiting a few Fueling Stations along the way. Meet up between 7 and 7:15am and wheels down at 7:30am with an expected arrival at City Hall on or before 8:30/8:45am. The starting locations are:
