Beginning City Cycling Clinic

Want to learn the basic skills of riding, rules of the road, and navigating on our city streets? Want to practice on bikeways and calm streets guided by cycling instructors and with a group of other beginners? Join our Beginning City Cycling Clinic! Free and open to the public. Maximum 15 participants per clinic.
Mobility Camp
Thursday, October 14th, 5pm - 7pm
Get hands-on experience with different mobility options in Austin, from bike riding to transit adventures and more. Ghisallo is partnering with Movability to offer several Mobility Camp sessions, all focused on bike riding in the city. This ride is a first of a series to take employee groups on urban trails and feel more confident about using bicycles to commute.
Haunted Austin Bike Tour

Meet at the Texas State Capitol Steps (12th & Congress)
Explore Austin’s haunted past and some of the most spooky locations with a sordid history. Stops include The Driskill Hotel, Texas State Capitol, The Governor’s Mansion, Oakwood Cemetery, and more! Will we catch a glimpse of the bride left at the altar who roams the halls at The Driskell? Or maybe the ghosts of soldiers trapped in the Oakwood Cemetery? There’s only one way to find out! Explore how Black people created a city within the city, building and maintaining community in spite of racist planning policies. Each building or house tells a story about the people that designed and built it, where they are now, and the significance of these structures today.

Trick or Treat Delivered To You
Sunday, October 31st
Our annual Halloween event is back! Ghisallo staff and volunteers will be distributing free Halloween Party Packs to kids all over East Austin, all by bike! Deliveries will occur between 4-6pm on Sunday, October 31st 2021. Candy and goodies from St. David’s Foundation, Get There ATX, Texas Department of Transportation, and more will be included.
- We're capping the number of participants depending on the Austin Public Health Covid Stage.
- Our rides will be fully outside and people may bring along masks to wear when not riding.
- We kindly request those that are not vaccinated to not attend in the interest of public health.
